Respected sir/madam, i visited my nearby bajaj allianz general insurance office to cancell my nach mandate for monthly premium deduction but they refused to cancell and they told me that, nach mandate with monthly premium will not be cancelled only yearly premium nach mandate is cancelled. Is it true. What is the procedure to cancelled nach mandate. Please help.

I have made payment of 2110 through bhim upi with reference no.:[protected] but the amount has debited from my account and also not credited to bajaj allianz with quotation no.:[protected].kindly refund my money as soon as possible. I have done this transaction on 14 th november 19:00.

Plz provide premium receipt against my policy no [protected] on my email address [protected]@gmail.com bcoz when I pay online premium as per ur link send in SMS but format of receipt is not opend so plz send as soon as possible
