I reached out customer support multiple times to cancel the policy OG[protected]-00001684.
I purchased this insurance policy on behalf of my mother and the policy owner details were wrong in policy document (Car ownership was transferred to my mother after my father passed away in 2021).
I reached out to customer care team multiple times to get this policy cancelled so that I may issue a new one with correct name. I followed the escalation matrix also, but I have not received a single favorable reply in past 3 weeks.
