[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — car insurance claim for my i10 car | |||
Dear sir I have submitted an intimation on 08.10.2018 regarding an accident at sithimore at kolkata on 07.10.2018 and my vehicle got damaged. My policy no. Og[protected]-00051428 of baja allianz. Vehicle is lying at bakkackpore automobile workshop from 08.10.2018. One mr. Sujit dey has completed the inspection only on 12.10.2018 but yet to give permission to the above dealer to start repair work. My want my vehicle is repaired quickly for my use in this festive season. I am given to understand that clearance not given for want of verification of ncb claim from earlier insurer namely m/s reliance with whom the policy was made for the last four years. My existing policy is with your company and my claim shall be entertained base on the valid policy purchased. I feel i am harassed for the claim. I request that higher authority to look into the matter and resolved at the earliest. Things are getting delayed and i am deprived and harassed.
