[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz — car insurance not processed

I am having a toyota etios (Registration number up-14 bp 9405). Unfortunately i am having the car insured by bajaj allianz. Till date (In 5 years) i, by god's grace, i never had an accident bad enough to take services of bajaj allianz.
On 26-may-17, on a high traffic road, a truck driver took over my car from the left side hitting the left side badly. When my brother in law who was driving the car at the time, took over and tried to stop him, truck driver again took over from the right side and damaged the right side as well. Fortunately no one was injured and we went home, quite shaken of course. We never registered an fir as both o[censored]s are in private service and can't afford to take time off to visit police station.
I left my car at galaxy toyota, motinagar, new delhi on 31-may-17 and provided them the insurance policy details along with the accident details.
After several follow ups with the surveyor appointed by bajaj allianz/ service advisor at galaxy toyota, on 13-06-17, i was told that claim can't be processed in absence of fir or only front fender on the front can be approved.
And the surveyor mr. Srikant yadav (Contact number [protected]) claims that the truck never hit the car and my claim is false.
I would like to submit, that if they can't process a claim, please cancel their license to sell insurance.
