SirWe have been writing continuously regarding the Non settlement of Claim on frivolous grounds.The reasons given are absolutely baseless and inappropriate on grounds:1.The watch is not antique and nor made of Gold or Silver so can not be treated under the Jewelry section as confirmed by the Underwrites of your policy.2.There is no separate para of insurance stating otherwise.3.The watch of the Brand Rhythm has their own Authorized service center in Okhla New Delhi 4.A certificate of inspection and non availability of parts has been duly issued by them. DESPITE ALL THESE EXERCISE ASKED TO DO BY US HAVE NOT PRODUCED ANY RESULTS AND THE SETTLEMENT OF CLAIM NOT DONE. WE APPEAL FOR A TRUE AND jUST DECISION AND NOT ON MERE FACTS CONCOCTED BY YOUR PEOPLE FOR REPUDIATING THE SAME Kindly look into the matter or proceed to the Ombudsman of Insurance.
