[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — company not stopping ecs | |
I have bought a policy from bajaj allianz two months ago and now i have already sent a mail for policy cancellation due to financial issues. Company is saying that we cant stop ecs and i am not able to understand why they cant stop ecs.. They cant force the customer and they cant take money from the customers account if customer is not wished to. I spoke to my saving account bank they are saying that bajaj allianz has to intimate my bank for stopping ecs but bajaj allianz is not wishing to do so they Please assist me in this regard Was this information helpful? | |

my policy monthly installment in the month of September 2018 had been deducted two times, but one time extra payment amount not refunded yet. You are requested to refund Rs 3000 as soon as possible in my account.
