Respected authorities My name is rehan ellahi awantipora kashmir india we have lot of vehicles which are inshorned by your company purchased a scorpio from a guy namely shabir ajmad anantnag 3 years before. Recently i had a minor accident during traveling from jmmu to srinanagr next day i went shuhul automobiles srinagar for repair and made an incoherence clame some parts where missing in the authorized shuhul mahindra work shop they advised me to get the vehicle and after some days the the other parts will come we will replace them. After one month they called me and replaced one item actually there were two parts to be replaced. The inshorence guy refused to pay for those items so paid by my own pocket for one item because i do not have the enough cash. The inshorenve representative mr. Yasser donged me by saying why do not you people include these items in previous bill which was not my duty because he made a survey and that time they told me once parts will come we will replace them as they are in list. Yes my mistake is i did not check the papers that time it was a trust. This is request to repay the amount and also the one part which is pending should be replaced. If not then im sorry to say in future we will not have any business with your company and will highlight in social media also if needed law it take its own process to solve my problem.
