[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz — Deficient Services

Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your notice that I had done one policy to Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd. In December 2017 and till December 2019, made invest my yearly premium INR 49900 (Policy No. [protected]). As per PURE STOCK FUND ULIF02721/07/06PURESTKFUN116, account Value INR 153115.84 as on 09 October 2020. As discussed Mr. Amit Kumar Patra (Divisional Operation Head, Malda Branch, West Bengal) as well as myself went to the Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd., Malda Branch, West Bengal that they have denied to me provide loan, although am is eligible alteast 75% (approx. INR 1, 14, 800.00) of the invested amount till date which great displeasure to me, which was discussed earlier. I think, would be – a lower requested loan amount; the possibility of a consignor. Furthermore, they informed me that my premium has been due since December 2018, although I have the premium receipt of 2018 as well as 2019 which was collected from Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd. At present situation as COVID-19 pandemic is outbreaks in India from couple of months and have lost my job. Presently have no source of income. Looking at the present circumstances, it looks like that this would go on for as long as my father doesn’t recover as keeping unwell from quite some time now, the duration of which the doctor is unable to predict, but he insist have to go through my father medication a properly as scheduled. My parents needs me there as I am the only breadwinner at home and the only person to take care of them in a better way.
But, ashamed, the situation really is deteriorated day by day. For your ready reference, please find the attached for the premium receipt 2018, 2019 and Account Value INR 153115.84 as on 09 October 2020 which has been provided by Bajaj Allianz alongwith bond paper of the said policy.
