[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — didn't give surrender amount for life insurance | |||||
I have surrendered my life insurance policy arve shakti suraksha with bajaj allianz on 26th june 2018. Surrender value on 27th feb 2018: rs. 121312.56. I didn't receive the payout in my account till date. When inquired about in the customer care, i got the replay saying that it is already processed from there side and credited into the account. On further discussion i got to know that it was credited into a wrong account number which doesn't belong to me. I replied to them stating that this account number doesn't belong to me and also provide my bank statement during that period. Even after so many calls to customer care and numerous mails, there is no action from their side to provide the payout. Was this information helpful? | |||||
