my brother name is P.Santhanakrishnan he is worked in bajaj allianz life insurance company in dindigul branch, tamilnadu state
unfortunately my brother is died on january 12th for two wheeler accident
but our company provided for EPF so your side need some document for close the EPF account

so we are send the documents for last week 4th july

Updated by subbu7744 and bajaj allianz company also provoided health claim.also we are send the documents for health claim for our side for last 4th july also...lot of days late for this claim for ur side pls carry on this two messages
