[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — esc schedule and penalty charges levied | |||||
This is regarding ESC schedule issue to deduct premium for the policy with number [protected]. ESC is scheduled to deduct the premium from my account (Standard Charted Account) on OR before 5th of Every month. Everything went smoothly until Aug 17, But In the month of Sept 17, ESC request sent by Bajaj on 19th and 29th where which my account is not sufficiently funded. I usually transfer all my money to a different account by 10th of Every month. Bajaj did not let me know that they were sending this request on 19th and 29th which resulted in ESC return due to unavailability of funds which SCB is penalized me 500 and 750rs for ESC returns. You can find account statement in this email below. I have reached out customer care and no proper response from them. I have raised a complaint through customer care and no response/update till now. Now I request/demand following from Bajaj 1. Why ESC request came outside of the schedule? Why am I not notified about this? 2. Why there is no action taken till now on the complaint raised? 3. Who is accountable for the fine penalized by Bank to me? I request a refund by Bajaj on this? Was this information helpful? | |||||
