Hi,

I took a extended warranty for LG Air Conditioner on may 2015 . I called to customer care on 22th may 2017 for AC is not working . Till now no one service engineer will come to my home for servicing the AC. I called to customer care these issue on 25th and 27th with high priority still now no one responding .

Please help me on the same .

Updated by chinnari143 Till now not resolved the issue . I am suffering with summer, my kids are not sleeping well due to summer . My number is [protected] .As early as possible please close the ticket other wise please pay the extended warranty amount .
