Bajaj Allianz — Fraudulent Business Practices | |
The complainant is a long-standing NRI customer, who has purchased Health Guard in 2012 and renewed it every year with no claims. This year, the company did not send a payment link and renewal link, so the customer was unable to renew the policy. The policy has lapsed, and Bajaj Allianz now refuses to reinstate it. They want the customer to buy a new policy, thereby losing all the continuity benefits collected over nine years. They are cheating customers. If they cannot honor policy renewal, how will they honor claims?
