Claim number : oc[protected]-00016355 Policy number : og[protected]-00036010 Insured: ved parkash kumar Vehicle no: dl4cab 8875 Loss date:[protected] They are expert in claim rejection and raising objections: Objection i: you have led late/informed us late so “aapka claim nhi Bnta “ My reply: when my car was not there, i immediately called pcr 100. I received messages from them. I showed them and send also to Company Iind objection: i received letter stating final notice, which stated That i had not replied for three letters send by company so your claim Might be rejected. My reply: i had send all letters through speed post and saved also Copy of slip and track consignment delivered report from department Of posts website. I send reply letter with all delivered reports with Highlighting dates. After 1 month, received call to submit key (Already submitted two key As guided by company) Iiird objection: two keys are very less used and third key submitted was not matching with other 2 keys and you Have not submitted with other keys. Its’ “misrepresentation and Concealment of facts “. So claim rejected. My reply: i purchased car iind car around 10 years back. That Person gave me 3 keys. I am using one key. Now matching keys With some machine – nobody do it. Moreover getting car insurance from same company from 10 years, Had they checked single time these keys for which raising objection.
