Dear sir, I wish to update your office that i have requested to cover the car bumper repairing in my claim but due to your inter department miscommunication the service partner hyundai is asking to pay for repairing.in this regard i communicated mr sanjay and sumer of your department to look into this matter and in return they assured me that your bumper claim is covered in your policy and same is communicated to mr. Puran sanwal sir via mail by mr. Sumer khullar sir.
