[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — I am complaining about renewal of car insurance of my car | |||
Respected sir, It is to bring in your notice that i have submitted one application on 24.02.2017 for not to renew the car insurance policy to your broker/ agent Kataria Automobile and maruti Insurance broking Pvt. Ltd., Dariyapur, Ahmedabad. I was assured by the Manager namely Aniruddha Pathak and Amardeep Mishra that i will receive the refund and no claim bonus within 15 days from the date of application in my bank account. Despite of this, I have still not received refund of my first premium as well as no claim bonus i.e. deposited by me in kataria maruti Insurance broking Pvt. Ltd. as your manager had told on phone. Now i called to your company for the same inquiry but i was told that the policy was already renewed by your bajaj allianze insurance company. The said information was very shocking for me that inspite of written application for not to renew the policy how can a company renew it ?
