[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — Indefinite delay in the Cash back payment of my policy - 4 months overdue | |||||
I've invested with Bajaj Allianz insurance for Super Cash Gain Insurance policy which has a cash back option... The first cash back was due to me on March 8, they had sent a cheque to my communication address, however since i'm not residing in that address it was returned back. After which there was no intimation to me through my e-mail or mobile no for the past 4 months. Now, when i got to know and followed up with their call centre employees for multiple times, each one (Laxman, Sunil Kharche, Rahul Kumar) come up with a new requirement or proof to be submitted in a new format and pretend to act in a manner to help me but futile... Don't know how to get my cash back... Now i'm thinking multiple forums to raise this issue and take them for a ride...
