Bajaj Allianz — insurance agent

My bajaj alianz policy agent is very bad behavier i call him but he is not reply i have a policy and i want to cansel my policy i will call him before 25 days but he don't get any reply so plz arrange a call from bajaj alianz on my no [protected] and help me to cansel my policy that is very bad service from bajaj alianz company and agent we r totally unsatisfied so plz resolve my problem as soon as possible if the company not take serious so i will take a legal action and take help consumer court and do complaint also in irdai
