Bajaj Allianz — insurance premium refund | |||
I've bought Motor Insurance Policy from HONDA ASSURE for my Car. Though the premium was high I've bought it from Honda Assure as their executive / officer was saying that your claims will not be settled easily if I'll buy it from any other insurance company or online from Policy Bazar. I'll not get the parts of car immediately if I'll not buying through Honda Assure. I bought the policy & executive / officer asked me to buy additional Riders on the policy, where ZERO DEP for 100% coverage & RIDER FOR CONSUMABLES, where I can claim for Engine Oils / Coolants in case of NON-ACCIDENTAL claims also, so I bought these 2 additional riders & paid premium what is higher that Market rates. After sometime, I've sent my car for regular services & workshop incharge asked me to change the Engine Oil & Coolant. I have discussed with workshop Incharge @ GOPINATHJI - MAKARPURA VADODARA about NON ACCIDENTAL CLAIM under An Additional Rider of CONSUMABLES given by HONDA ASSURE's officer Mr. Shubham Mishra. Workshop Incharge straight away denied for all these & transferred the phone to Mr. Shubham. I got literally shocked after listening statement of Shubham, that he hasn't committed anything like this. For me it was a big fool deal, I had asked him to refund an additional premium charged by HONDA ASSURE, which was pertains to CONSUMABLE RIDER. Again Shubham denied that Policy got issued & now he can't help me out. AN OFFICER FROM HONDA ASSURE MISGUIDED ME & CHARGED EXCESS PREMIUM, WHICH I WANT REFUND TO MY ACCOUNT.
