I did claim for my brother who lost his life due to covid and with all formality now company is not providing full settlement.
They are saying that due date was 3rd may 2021 for that claim but from may first our total family was suffering with covid.. and after 2 month means on 17th june my brother expired.. and he is doing work from home and after all lockdown and situation get well his wife managed to go to Bangalore work location of his husband then we got all documents and proceeded the last premium also..
Now company is not considering this ..
Where is the issue of my brother.
He is paying all premium in tym but due to covid he is unable to pay and after this lose we paid as discussed with customer care with fine..
I need total amount any how 2000000.. other wise i will go to court.. this is totally unacceptable..
