Dear sir Mere relative ki death ho gai hai. So mene unka insurance claim karwaya hai, unki wife nomini hai unko or unke bhai ke sath jakar hamne ye claim karwaya tha. Sare documents policy bond ke sath diye. Or usne 2 days bad aane ko kaha, usne ye bhi kaha ki me aapko email karunga. Lekin abhi tak koi mail nahi kiya or call bhi receive nahi kar raha.
