[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — life insurance suspension | |
I had to suspend my Bajaj Life Insurance SVS Life Insurance, so i sent the original copy of the insurance bond through courier on May 22 2019, and the same was delivered to Bajaj - TCS Office, Chennai on May 23rd 2019. Later when i called the customer care, they always responded saying, they had not received the courier until we sent them the Proof of Delivery from the courier services. Once the Proof of delivery was sent to them, they started saying the application form is not proper and asked us to send a scan copy of written application form, which has been sent more than twice every other day Every time we receive the same response and not And still, till now the Life insurance has not been suspended and amount refunded, even after the Was this information helpful? | |
