[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — Motor insurance cheating | |||||
I took this policy OG[protected]-00003647 on April 15 and had provided NCB certificate of 50%. However sales advisor Rahul and Pushpak had advised that being a saturday they would take 2-3 days to get NCB processed in new car insurance. They suggested to buy policy without NCB and committed to get NCB refund processed in next week. NCB certificate had been shared with pushpak and Rahul since long time. They have now stopped picking my phone. Please endorse my policy with 50% NCB and get my amount refunded. Was this information helpful? | |||||
