[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz Motor Insurance — renew 2 wheeler insurance and not received soft copy | |||
I had renewed 2 wheeler insurance on 16/02/2018 through online, but did not received a soft copy of insurance policy for my 2 wheeler insurance discover bike. I tried calling customer care there is no response. spoken today to the customer care in the afternoon pertaining to renewal of motor insurance policy and had told me the amount, but never had told that need to visit the bajaj allianz to sign the copy of proposal and also handover the required documents, based on cross checking the documents policy will be issued, moreover I am existing customer of bajaj allianz till last year I used to renew through online and get the soft copy to my email id, customer care person had provided me the link and done the payment, since iam not having the soft copy of the insurance policy in-spite of making the payment, moreover if cops check and iam not having the insurance copy of the same and I will be charged fine due to the negligence and irresponsibility of them. my policy is expiring on 17/02/2018 of bajaj allianz Details mentioned below proposal Number :82087940 receipt no :[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
