[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — motor insurance renewal issue | |
I have been a loyal customer and have consistently renewing my motor insurance from past 5 years only with bajaj allianz without any delay. There has been no claims so far. My current policy had expired on 23 dec 2017 and i was out of country during that time. Neither i have received a reminder on my mobile number nor a call and not even an alert in an email about policy expiry and also about renewal. Now that i am trying to reach the bajaj allianz for renewal with ncb, they are behaving very rudely and experienced utter dis satisfactions. Being loyal and regular costumer, my time and money is not valued. Renewal with ncb has been declined and no customer friendly conversations. Please do the needfull! Was this information helpful? | |
