[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — Motor policy: og[protected]-00023565 | |||||
The said policy was taken on 20th jun 2017 and the old policy from united india insurance was till 24th jun 2017. I was getting 65% ncb in my old policy and their was no claim undertaken by me at any time. During renewal, it was told to me that bajaj will also give 65% ncb without asking for any other additional documents /certificate from old policy company but after getting my policy, it was found that ncb has been reduced to 0% which is very strange. A complaint was made on [protected]@ Bajajallianz.co.in on 20th jun 2017 and a reminder was given on 27th jun but so far bajaj has not even acknowledged the complaint. If this is the kind of service extended by bajaj then i would like to cancel my said policy with immediate effect. Therefore you are requested to cancel my policy and refund me the amount at the earliest.
