[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz — my queries on the approved amount against garage bill is not answered

My queries on the approved amount against garage bill is not answered.

1, the itemized bill should list the list the items which are not considered as they are consumables from the original bill from the garage. Please send that list of consumable from the bill which are not considered.
2. If the labour is charged on a higher side then it should be sorted between you and garage not me. There is no communication about the higher charge. Your approval should be based on the final bill. Policy says 100% labour will be approved. If not then you need to sort this out with the garage. When i asked for the itemized report on the day of approval you said it will take 2-3 days. So i am not responsible if its not approved due to higher charge.
3. There is no rule that i need to submit towing charge upfront. As long i produce the valid bill before the final settlement. So it should be considered

So all 3 items are still open at your end. I hope it will be closed soon favorably.
