[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — NCB Certificate | |
I have asked for an NCB certificate for my auto insurance policy over two weeks back. Issue number is 65339431. Sent email to customercare and called their customer care number at least 3 times. After wasting a lot of valuable time, and repeatedly hearing empty promises that someone would contact me over phone, I am registering this complaint. Wonder what are the rights of Insurance policy holders, and how companies like Bajaj Allianz and their executives (not call center agents) can be held responsible for customer harassment and hardship, and taught a lesson they would remember for many years as per the law of the land!!
