[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz — no response on getting bond of my policy


I am pradeep kumar having sarve shakti surakha policy from year 2011 but i din't have the policy bond with me so i contacted bajaj allianz cs team and guess what after 16 days of daily folloup with them, they haven't been able to send me a bond of my policy what they do is every time they create a new ticket that's it, is this how you run your business by harassing your customer, my policy number is [protected] and contact number is [protected]

After so many follow-ups finally i am able to get my copy of bond.

Like i mentioned before i have been hearing this from last 17 days now i hope this time you guys will take this seriously and work on it.
