I had sold my vehicle and requested for NCBcertificate on 3rd April 2019 but till date i have not received any response from Bajaj Allianz. I had written several mails and contacted customer care but no response. Every-time i call customer care and the executive says that he has escalated the issue to the concerned team and they will contact you within 48 hour.
