[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz — no status to track survey saral suraksha plan claim??

I don't understand, why there is no contact number to track the claim?

I stopped my policy due to financial reasons after lock-in period but i am still not able to track it! I spoke to their customer care and it has been almost 23 days now and there is track of it.

The documents were received by them on 13th march itself. I am not sure if i should even suggest this sarve saral suraksha plan to my cousin who was willing to get it.

Still awaiting reply from bajaj on this!

More than a month i have processed the request. Its been 30 days Bajaj has received the documents but there is no single acknowledgement email. No further communication.

Whenever i call their customer care, i get the same old reply, that my request has been forwarded to the concerned department.
Before they sending request, i have already sent my own request and STILL AWAITING REPLY!!

I am fed up of 48hrs update. Its been 1, 032 hours(43 days) now I don't see any updates. So far you have just asked me for my documents 120 hours (5 days) back which I had submitted with you 1032 hours (43 days) ago. So pathetic company, at the time of dealing, you treat us like God, and at the time we ask for our money you treat us like beggars. Your process of buying a policy is automated, but if I had to surrender, I have to write a physical note send it via post. Seriously, which age are you living in? While creating policy you take the same documents' scan copy that works for you but if someone wants to cancel or surrender policy you want a physical copy of it.
