[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — No Support on Motor Insurance | |||||
I have been trying to contact these guys for a week regarding my refund on insurance, but they are simply to careless to respond. I had claimed my car insurance in May and was supposed to receive a refund from their end within 2-3 weeks. Now, when I decided to contact them regarding it, the customer care guys gave me two numbers:[protected] and [protected] and asked me to call there for further assistance. That was after he had wasted my half an hour over several details and ids. I have been trying to contact both the numbers for a week now, one kept ringing while one was always busy. Today it was my lucky day and the person on [protected] picked up only to tell me that this number belongs to the IT department. He told me that the other number is of reception and only a guard sits there and he has no idea why he is not picking up the phone. I'm in awe with this company and will ask you all to steer away from it! Was this information helpful? | |||||
