[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz — non issuance of policy after payment and no refund till after 1 month

Address:Rao Colony, 2nd building, Shantinagar,Badheimunda, Jharsuguda, Odisha, 768201

I tried to buy bike insurance for 3 years from bajajallianz website,. For this i made payment through hdfc credit card of an amt of rs 6234. But after money deduction no further steps processed, neighther policy generated, nor transaction number given. And i was made the payment on 22/08/2019, after that i've called customer service, mailed them. But no fruitful response. They took my complaint before 1week, given complaint number 80485333. But till date no progress found behalf of them. Please help me regarding this problem, as it might a common problem to maxm people. Thank you

I have send mail to bajaj allianz including all regarding documents and reference number .But all in vain.No response from the other side.I think Bajaj Allianz wants to forfeit my 6234 rupee.They just avoiding the mails, and giving fake assurance from 2months.This is very shameful and unexpected from companies like bajaj allianz.Please anybody help me, telling some way-out to get back my money.I have paid the amount, which was taken from me by cheating.
