Hello, I renewed my policy number OG[protected]-00007094 on 30/08/2021 and paid via Gpay. But, the policy hasn't been renewed as yet. The amount was ₹1482, UPI transaction number is mentioned in the screenshot. The amount has to be refunded, I will never recommend BAGIC after this incident.
