[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz — not responding for request ncb certificate to transfer the same to new car

Hi, with ref policy no. Og[protected]-00083316, for car insurance, past 1 week i have been requesting to send the no claim bonus certificate of my old car to new car, i have been sending the mail to biajajallainz and calling customer care but unfortunately no one is responding properly...

Because of you my new car delivery is gettong delayed...

i got communication from Trupthi Kakade, but she informed me that her team will get back to me after some time but no one is communicating last 2 days... bajajallianz is not able to issue simple NCB certificate to its customer past 8 days.
