Bajaj Allianz — payment done, did not get the policy | |||
I paid money for 2 wheeler insurance policy, but did not receive the insurance policy from bajajallianz. Payment done from website (Netbanking), 4th sep 2019 9:41 pm ist. Raised a complaint with the bajajallianz customer care team - ticket # 80139027. Called them couple of times to get more details but they never gave an answer. To get the ticket assigned it will take 24-48 hours it seems I never got a sms or mail regarding the complaint raised. I sent few mails escalating to grevience team, customer care head no response. Raised a complaint with the bajajinsurance but no response. There is no complaint number shared with me. They promised me for a call back but they failed to keep up the promise.
