As on 19.08.2020, I have checked my policy status and found it de-active due to being cancelled by a customer but I am not doing any endorsement for the same. From day one doing complain through the various channel as per below mention details:

2. Via mail dt. 20.08.2020 vide SR No. 590337

3. Via WhatsApp dt. 21.08.2020 vide SR No. 00593952
