I have a Family Health Mediclaim Policy from Bajaj Allianz from last 3 years as per below mention details: Insured Person: Nabin Kumar Policy No. OG[protected]-00006648 Address: D-4, Sarswati Enclave, Opp. Nishant Dharma Kanta Gali, Gurgaon-122001 (HR) Mob: [protected] As on 19.08.2020, I have checked my policy status and found it de-active due to being cancelled by a customer but I am not doing any endorsement for the same.
