[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — policy details not received - need refund | |||
I made a transaction for rs 8292 towards bajaj allianz health insurance on 30th april. The transaction was successful but no reciept was generated. I have since been trying to get a confirmation from bajaj allianz regarding the transaction and i am afraid the experience has been totally unacceptable and borderline harassment. I have made no less than 20 calls and written as many emails in the past month to get a transaction confirmation from bajaj or a refund of my money but the customer care executives are least bothered about my issue. I have also highlighted the problem on social media but my repeated requests for attention on this matter have fallen on deaf ears. I sincerely request someone to look into this issue and get my refund initiated. Was this information helpful? | |||
