This is to inform that a loan application was submitted against the policy no. [protected] on 23rd october 2018.
We have not received the amount till date. There is no update provided from your branch through email id or there was never a call back or message update on the loan request.
When contacted ms. Nandini in mulund branch after almost 20 days she was not even aware of the loan status and again asked us to give 2 days.
Now, it is more than a month and we have not received the amount.
Every time we are told that 2 days, monday, tuesday you will receive the amount and which we have never.
Also, your branch head mr. Praveen had informed we will received monay latest by tuesday 28th november 2018 and we dint.
When i told him hope you face the same issue in future he denied to talk and said to further talk to nandini only. If your employee cannot even imagine himself in the difficulties faced by customer what right do you have to make customer go through such a pain.
