On 29.03.2018, i have remitted premium amount of rs.11818/- in respect of the above policy through online using debit card. I have received a message thatrs.11818/- has been deducted from my bank account, but till now Not received any confirmation reg. Receipt of payment. On inquiry customer care informed that "not received the payment"hence i am seeking your help for solving issue either i have to return back the amount or confirmation receipt of premium payment. K.
