[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz — policy not issued on time

Can bajaj allianz please reply to just one question? How are you justified in emailing me the policy soft copy on 30th december 2017 when i have paid for the renewal on 23 december 2017 itself? During this period i could not take out my car because i did not have any document to support i have a valid policy. On top of it ms. Trupti kakade (Priority handle desk) barely understands my mail and only recites just one thing in the infinitely long trail mail that everything is correct. Also apparently she has mastered the art of writing mails in disappearing font (Very light yellow on a white background) i hope your policy also doesn’t disappear like this. Mr swapnil basutkar (Ho direct marketing) who was following up on me just disappeared after the payment was made by me and finally replies me on 2nd jan 2018 stating that everything is correct.

I have not even bothered to mention the countless hours i have spent on the phone with their customersupport

The problem in writing to you guys lies in: Nobody reads the mail and sends a generic reply. That is the reason I had to post my problem here. I am following up with you since 25 Dec 2017. And even if they replay back it is with the comment that everything is "OK".

No It is not OK to cheat the customer. When you did not give me the policy on 24 Dec 2017 I had to take alternative modes of transport every time I had to out and unnecessarily shell out a lot more money.

My policy should start from 30 Dec 2017 and should be till 30 Dec 2018 Midnight.
BECAUSE I HAD TO SUFFER TO 7 DAYS DESPITE ME MAKING TIMELY PAYMENTS.
