[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — policy not issued post payment | |
I was purchasing insurance for my two wheeler on 2-sept-2019. After entering all the details on website, i proceed for payment. I selected and paid 2038/- rs using upi option. My money got deducted from my account but policy not issued. I have called customers care 25-30 times, dropped 10-15 mail, shared all the screenshots and bank statement with them, but not received my money or policy.
