[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — policy not received till date | |||
This is regarding my motor insurance policy which has been renewed on 19.08.2019. However, till date i.e.23.08.2019 I have not received any confirmation from Bajaj Allianz or received any soft copy of my policy. I have contacted customer care number [protected] and compliant has been lodged with complaint no. 79883540. The issue is still pending.. Today also I called customer care number and they told that policy renewal is under process. The complaint has been forwarded through email to [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in also on 22.08.2019. No reply has been received till date. Today ( 26.08.2019) again also I called customer care number then they told me that renewal is under process. Is one week is required for renewal of policy. This is merely cheating customer after making payment. No responses received from insurance company Was this information helpful? | |||
