[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — premium issue | |||
I called customer care on 3rd august and asked for the process to surrender the policy, then they updated me that they have not received my premium for june and july 2017. Same day i have shared the email with my bank statement of both the months.in the auto generated email it is mentioned that you will receive and update within 24 -48 hrs. But it's been 11 days i have not received any update (Even after sending the reminder email). Reference no of my email is 68104369.in last 11 days i have called the customer care 4-5 time but every time i they said that it in process. If it in process and i have shared all the relevant documents then why are they taking so much if time to revert and nobody is ready to provide the tat (Turn around time) to resolve my query. It was not expected from such a reputed company as bajaj allianz is a big brand. I request you to please resolve my query as soon as possible as i need to surrender my policy because of some personal reasons.
