Dear sir, sub: refused to reimbursed rupees 583000.00 from bajajallince life insurance (Policy number [protected]) Please find attached herewith refund recovery of non refund of rs. 5 lakh from bajaj allianz life insurance company Policy no:[protected] for maturity claim (Ref no: for request is[protected]. Certification of premium paid on[protected]. Policy holder n raghunathan First premium is consider as a bond rupees fifty thousands for the period of 10 years and assured rupees five lakh (Rs:500000) Is a maturity amount. The first premium rupees fifty thousands paid on 04 january 2008. Product name :unit gain plus gold size two. Date of maturity :[protected]. As per company records. Date of requested for reinbersment of sum assured (Rs.500000.00) on 2nd february 2018 as per request through Customer care @bajajallianz.co.in The policy premium paid 2009 to 2011 rupees 50000.00 in each year & paid rupees 12000 as a premium of 2012 & partially Withdrawn from the premium amount from 2009 to 2011. Rupees 12 thousand paid on 2012 year as a premium amount. All the premium amount converted into share market as per the Company policy. According the company portal report the amount was increased more than 10 times within 10 years. For example rupees 12000.00 became increased value was rupees one lakh twenty thousand (120000.00) indicated in company portal. Total due rupees 6 lakh twenty thousands & the company reimbursed only rupees 37000 balance amount to be paid rupees Five lakh eightythree thousands (583000.00) only. Bajajallianz insurance company could denied to reimbursed amount of rupees 583000.00 which is a violation of genera insurance rules.
