This is in regards to the return of my policy. I have submitted the documents one month back and i am still waiting for the amount to be credited. Moreover i have escalated this issue to Customer care twice already and still no resolution whatsoever.

Worst customer service experience ever " WE are waiting for the reply from Mr K Suresh just like you " . Seriously?

Guys whosoever is reading this don't ever take policy from these guys.
