I have renewed my car insurance policy no. Og[protected]-00012653 on 9th may 2019 with online payment through the link shared with bajaj executive (Vikrant shelke (Vikrant. [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in). Payment was successful and received confirmation also. But i have not received my renewed policy (Neither soft nor hard) yet. I am following up with customer care, but there is no satisfactory answer. My complaints no. Is 7832079 My existing policy has expired on 11 may2019. It is bothering me not have my current policy because i can not use my car. I have been calling and mailed also to mr. Vikrant shelke, he is not responding now. Please look into the matter on priority. I request you to provide my renewed insurance policy asap. Trace id #7239912 Car reg.
