[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — surrendering my policy (sarva shakti group policy from citibank) | |||
I am fed up with the stupid and useless support provided by bajaj allianz life insurance. I am asked to wait as they can't do anything because i opened through citibank "wow" how crap and stupid to blame each other and not doing any customer service, i have sent 4 mails to bajaj allianz then only quick response i get is the auto generated email saying 48 hrs, you crap stupid ppl! It's 4 days and 11 days since i sent the documents to the chennai branch! Are you ppl nuts? Don't you know what is customer service? You ppl run around pleading and choking customers throat to buy a policy and never leave or stop calling to sell a crap policy.. Why don't you ppl provide the same interesting service? Comparing to you the "aditya birla life insurance" was so good and swift in clearing my issues and got my money within 10 working days...
