[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — two wheeler insurance policy not issued even after payment with delay of 11 days | |||
On 4th september, i have made payment of rs 2730 online to purchase a new two-wheeler insurance policy. Due to server issue from bajaj, the policy was not issued to me. After checking with customer support, a ticket 80153363 was raised. I check every day with bajaj to issue the policy but they are not issuing the policy and simply delaying it. This has been escalated many times to bajaj but no response from them. Now i just want my policy or they have to return my amount. Please take immediate action.
