Hello, I purchased motor insurance from bajaj web portal on 2-sep. The website has design in a way that they take payment from customer before take the details of vehicle. After making full payment through paytm gateway, policy was not issued. Raised compliant, did multiple follow-up; but no proper response received from bajaj allianz team. I can not trust bajaj allianz. If the customer have to face so many hazzles/harassment to purchase the product; now i am worried how their claim process works. I do not need your policy.
