[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz — two wheeler motor insurance : payment made but policy not issued // complaint no. 80115363

Hello,

I purchased motor insurance from bajaj web portal on 2-sep. The website has design in a way that they take payment from customer before take the details of vehicle. After making full payment through paytm gateway, policy was not issued. Raised compliant, did multiple follow-up; but no proper response received from bajaj allianz team. I can not trust bajaj allianz. If the customer have to face so many hazzles/harassment to purchase the product; now i am worried how their claim process works.

I do not need your policy. Please return the money asap to my paytm account.

I want to enter I C portal, new id, password required
I am an I C of Bajaj Allianz L I C. My I C code is [protected]. I want to log in to IC portal, require a new I D and password.
The bike is registered on my name back along back...but I didn't get the original cbook to my address...
